I'm not sure how easy it is to find real mexican dishes in the USA, but here are a couple you should definitely try Bill: -Mole con Pollo y Arroz (Chicken with Chocolate sauce that should be sweet and a little spicy with rice on the side) -Chiles Rellenos (Stuffed big peppers with either meat or cheese. "Chiles en Nogada" are just a variety of these) -Carne de puerco en chile negro (This is one of my favorites. It's Chopped pork with a dark sauce that comes from roasting the peppers. It could be very spicy so watch out! But Definitely give it a try. It can be served with either rice or beans on the side) -Frijoles charros (It's kind of a soup with whole beans, chorizo, sausages, peppers, etc. It goes great with grilled meat) -Enchiladas Rojas o Verdes con Cecina (Tortillas dipped in either red or green sauce, stuffed with cheese, onions, the red ones also have chorizo inside and they get fried of course. Both are topped with cream, salad & more cheese. The "Cecina" It's a delicious dried steak that gets... yes... fried.) -Gorditas (It translates to "fatties" LOL. It's kind of a thick tortilla that gets opened with a knife and then stuffed with traditional dishes like chile negro, pollo deshebrado, mole, picadillo, chicharrón prensado, etc. These are usually eaten for breakfast, and they're the perfect cure for hangovers.) As my fellow mexican mentioned, mexican seafood is the shit! Here are my recommendations: -Aguachile (Raw shrimps opened in a "butterfly cut" and "cooked" in lemon juice, with lots of serrano pepper, red onion and cucumber. This shit is S P I C Y, but it's delicious & addictive) -Ceviche (Chopped raw fish or shrimps "cooked" in lemon juice, mixed with "Pico de gallo". It's not spicy, I'm sure your pale ass can handle it) -Piña Rellena (Pineapple cut in half, stuffed with seafood and gratinated) -Camarones al mojo de ajo (Shrimps cooked with butter & lots of garlic. Very tasty.) -Mariscada (Seafood soup) -Caldo de camarón (Dried shrimps soup. Usually served as an appetizer.) Or just book a show in Mexico that I surely won't miss, and blow your mind with real mexican cuisine which is consider by the UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity and trust me, it's not because of the burritos.

Anyway I often hear you talk about really superior athletes, and when you mentioned the agile football player just now I wanted to make a suggestion, go find and watch a video about the South African rugby player "Cheslin Kolbe" If you like to watch spectacular athletes I guarantee you will really enjoy watching this guy play, they call him the greatest athlete ever, not only for rugby, watching this guy run right through entire teams seemingly able to slow down time the way he can stop dead and change impossible directions while sprinting full speed is something to witness. Every football fan I know who watched this guys videos is still wishing he would change over to start playing football.
